Hey There, I’m Teri
“A strong woman knows she has strength enough for the journey, but a woman of strength knows it is in the journey where she will become strong.”
“One of the most beautiful sounds that I have ever heard is the sound of a beautiful, strong woman’s voice once she has discovered her true worth. She sounds empowered … She sounds confident … but most of all … she sounds free.”
welcome, beautiful friend!
My name is Teri Sertic, and I’m so happy our paths have crossed.
I have many gifts that I’m grateful to have- and all together they make quite a potent concoction of healing and life organizing.
Many of the best healers, guides and life coaches have been through it… their own sh*t stories. Am I right?! They recognize that it’s not how it’s meant to be and they began the quest to learn more. I am right in the ‘what the hell happened?’ game and a deep diver of truth, information and how to apply it.
Look for the ones who are always doing their own work to heal.
The integrative approach… the beautiful dance of the mind ~ body ~ spirit
To me it means that we come here in these bodies. We learn things that start programming our brains- and that informs our bodies. We often push the spirit aspect out until we get the nudge to bring it back in. Then we learn and search for ways to bring the trifecta party together to start disassembling the painful stories and start creating new one.

A little of me:
I went to college for 2 years and ran out of the means to pay for it - and also learned I had a way I learned best that wasn’t in traditional schools. So I worked 2-3 jobs for 2 years trying to figure out what to do. Then I decided to go into the Air Force. Lots of cool stories there!
I got out of the military after 4 years and went to a top massage school in Michigan. Many years of body work allowed me to learn that not only could I read the energy of the bodies on my table, but I could sense and experience traumas in parts of their bodies. PLUS!!! I could move that energy!! What the heck? I didn’t even know what that meant!
I met a beautiful shaman in 2008 that told me ‘It’s time to wake up, Shaman- you have work to do.’ Then started the next journey of exploring this truth and applying it to my own healing - while helping others.
Hey- I am SO raw, wild, messy, hilarious.
I feel a LOT. An empath and a sensitive. No, not sensitive in the sense that I can’t handle loud noises and must avoid everything! But I can feel others, their emotions, the room/building energy and more. I am a medium but I don’t hold traditional sessions.
Everything I read, study, explore, integrate- I am ALWAYS thinking of how I want to pass that along to others. That’s how I knew I was a leader.
When I put together a pole dance class in my house 15 years ago, that’s what I knew I was a teacher.
When many men and women started to call me a mentor… I knew spirit was telling me who I was.
It’s not humbling to diss your gifts. It’s robbery of your joy here.
I am a warrior and also very uplifting to be around. My view on things has such a loving, fun softness to it that I believe it heals. I know it heals. I’ve watched it my whole life. I make others feel better. I am totally enthralled with peoples stories! I don’t interject or coach people unless they are asking. I can read a room- I know when it’s my turn!
I am a master of compassionate listening, energy shifting and the oh-so-dreaded
EMOTIONS.
I study the mind body connection- the nervous system structure - how things are connected and how they get disconnected. Psychology is my jam. Spiritualty is very natural in me- but I know we are in this human deal and there is no healing in bypassing that. Dance… that thing tells me I must share it and I’ve resisted for years.
I LOVE THIS WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wanna know you!

kind words
Teri is the most present healer I’ve ever encountered. Her highly intuitive and perceptive nature effortlessly guides her to the areas of need without direction. As a holistic minded practitioner, her treatment touches not only the physical components, but the emotional and spiritual aspects of healing as well. From the moment you walk into her therapy room, you feel safe, secure and supported. A highly sought after practitioner for comprehensive mind/body/spirit work in the Metro Detroit area; sessions with Teri leave you feeling physically rejuvenated, emotionally uplifted and spiritually integrated and transformed. It is evident from working with her that she is highly skilled in energy work, shamanic soul retrieval and shamanic journey work. For integration needs, crisis management or continuation phase work, Teri is always my first call for support! It is with my highest recommendation that I refer her to my clients, family and friends.
