How to Prepare

It is important to be aware that the retrieval starts on a soul level the moment you schedule the appointment. You may have situations and feelings come up that will help guide where the retrieval is going. Feel free to take notes, journal, or at least observe what is happening.

Please abstain from the use of any alcohol, recreational drugs, and excessive sugar at least 48 hours prior to the session as well as 48 hours after the retrieval.

Pick a time when you know you’ll have a quiet, uninterrupted space so that you can fully be present and open.

Have some pillows and blankets ready – some people like to lay down while receiving. If you have a habit of falling asleep when you lie down, create a comfortable seat to relax in.

Have water and/or tea with you, a journal for notes if you’d like. You can have a recording device of course.

How to CARE

You may feel very tired the rest of the day, so make sure your day isn’t full of responsibilities- gift yourself this sacred time. Expect a possible few days of emotions moving through. Please do email for some reassurance and remembrance of the work in motion.

Create some time after the session to be alone- in your home or in nature to really give some time to be with the new energies coming in. Prepare some healthy foods, warm drinks, and cozy self-care. This is big work and can really shift things but that is up to you.

For 1:1 guidance on how to integrate the information and shifts, you receive in your soul retrieval look to my 1:1 coaching package.
